    • Opportunity to submit questions or reflections between calls

    • Option to add on Summer XC Run Training Program

    This package is ideal for high school cross country athletes preparing for cross-country, runners looking for summer training with a strong mental component, or former athletes wanting to reconnect with structured training.

    • Weekly 60-minute 1:1 coaching calls (virtual or in-person)

    • Weekly 60-minute group coaching calls focused on themes such as:

      • Motivation and goal setting

      • Managing self-talk and building confidence

      • Handling setbacks and tough days

      • Cultivating focus and presence

    • A supportive environment to connect, reflect, and grow with other athletes

    • Individualized mental performance strategies tailored to training and competition

    • Guidance on running and strength training (integrated with mindset work)
